Tim has been in the Real Estate business since 1989. Early in his career he sold R.E.O. properties for Louisiana Savings & Loan.  After the closure of the S & L industry Tim moved into property management and leasing as site manager for two multi tenant office complexes. In 1991 he joined Coldwell Banker Reinauer Real Estate as a sales associate specializing in leasing and management. In October 1999, Tim started Castle Real Estate Inc. specializing in residential and commercial properties and buyer representation.

Tim is active in civic organizations. In 1996 Tim was elected to serve on the board of directors of the Southwest Louisiana Association of REALTORS. He was elected to serve as President of the Association in 2001. He also represents the local real estate industry as Chairman of the Board 0f Trustees of the Calcasieu Parish Public Trust Authority. He is a member of The Young Men's Business Club; in 1996 Tim received the Outstanding Member Award. In 1999 Tim graduated from The Chamber of Commerce Leadership Program. This program recognizes individuals as future Leaders of Southwest Louisiana. He is actively involved with the Lake Charles Chapter of Ducks Unlimited and served as Chairman from 1996 to 1998.  

Past & Present commercial clients include: Circle K Corporation, Roundtree Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep, Luman Food Corporation, Shearman Corporation, SCLA Inc., Calcasieu Parish Emergency 911, The Associates, TransAmerica Financial Services, and Novrozsky’s Hamburgers Ect, Oak Park Dental, Premier Bank, Hibernia National Bank, Walker Louisiana Properties, Prairie Land Co., Signko Inc., Foret Furniture, Southern Pacific Land Corporation, Collection Service Bureau Inc., ABM Janitorial Services, Dattel Realty Company, Calcasieu Timber Company. Tim has also represented local retail and office tenants, as well as estate liquidations.

It gives me great pleasure to introduce myself. I am a third generation real estate entrepreneur, my family settled in the Lake Area at the turn of the century. In October of 1999 I opened Castle Real Estate, Inc. a full service real estate company specializing in all areas of real estate. I am dedicated to the growth and success of the Lake Charles and surrounding areas. By this, I am active in many civic organizations. Taking part in the growth of the Lake Area is the greatest thrill of what I do as your REALTOR.
